3X3 Community Hustle is a Sport Aus funded program that provides people of all ages and skill levels an opportunity to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. It is a fun and exciting way to get active while working on your basketball skills in a non-traditional basketball setting.
A typical 3X3 Community Hustle session runs for approximately an hour and consists of fun skill work followed by some exciting games towards the end of the session. This program is designed so that it can be adapted to meet different skill levels, age groups and group size.
The program can be run as a one off event where people can give 3X3 basketball a go, or as a continuous program over a certain amount of weeks where people can go to improve their basketball skills, as well as, their fitness. These events or programs can be run nearly anywhere, but will mainly be run at basketball associations, leisure centres, outdoor courts, PCYCs, universities and schools.
3X3 Community Hustle can send a coach to your school to run a session either before, during or after school hours. This is a great way to get students active and introduce them to the game of 3X3 basketball.
